Cohorts include scheduled mentor sessions and shared deadlines; self-paced gives the same materials with flexible timing but fewer live touchpoints unless you add office-hour packs.

Can employers sponsor teams?

Yes. We invoice with PO references where required and can align rubrics to internal competency frameworks. Legal terms may vary per contract.

Logistics

What time zones do live sessions follow?

Primary slots target Japan Standard Time with occasional evening options; recordings remain available for 90 days on cohort courses.

Do you provide hardware?

No. You need a machine capable of running Docker for several labs; 16GB RAM is recommended for profiling weeks.

Outcomes

Will you help me get a job?

We offer resume reviews and story mapping, plus introductions where partner companies ask for them. We do not guarantee interviews or offers.

Are certificates recognized industry-wide?

You receive a certificate of completion for finished tracks. Recognition depends on employers; we document skills and artifacts instead of claiming universal accreditation.

Which Java versions do you standardize on?

New tracks target Java 21 LTS. Legacy migration notes exist for 17 where employers lag; ask before enrolling if you need older baselines.

Can I download all videos offline?

Offline download is not provided; streaming reduces outdated copies circulating. You keep repos and PDFs you produce.
