Money-Back Policy
1. Scope
This policy applies to paid enrollments for Surge Fluxon Academy courses where a separate contract does not override these terms. Prices on the site are informational until confirmed in an enrollment agreement or invoice.
2. Cooling-off (14 Days)
Consumers located in Japan may cancel within 14 days of purchase without stating a reason, provided digital materials have not been substantially accessed beyond orientation modules. Access logs determine eligibility.
3. Partial Refunds
If you withdraw after the cooling-off period due to documented medical emergencies or relocation, we may offer partial credit toward a future cohort, evaluated case by case. No guaranteed partial cash refunds.
4. Non-refundable Items
Third-party exam vouchers, books shipped to you, and custom corporate workshops invoiced separately are non-refundable once ordered or scheduled unless required by law.
5. Request Process
Email hello@surge-fluxon.digital with enrollment ID, reason, and preferred resolution. We respond within five business days with next steps.
6. Processing Time and Method
Approved refunds are issued within 14 business days to the original payment method where possible; bank transfers may take longer domestically in Japan.
7. Cancellations by Us
If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer. Force majeure events will be communicated with options.
8. Consumer Rights
Nothing here limits non-waivable rights under the Consumer Contract Act or other applicable Japanese consumer protections. For disputes, contact us first; you may also use consumer centers available in your prefecture.
